Bdtk Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Players

1. General Terms & Applicability

By accessing bdtk (bdtk.wine), creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between bdtk and the user.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Rules

Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. An admin fee of up to ৳200 per month may be charged on inactive accounts.

General Bonus Rules

• To claim a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 15x–30x).
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — it can only be used for gameplay.
• Violating bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Referral Bonus

Both you and your referred friend can earn a bonus when they join bdtk through your referral. To qualify, the referred person must successfully register and make their first deposit. Referral bonuses may be voided if the referred individual shares the same household or device.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on bdtk are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealers. All results are final and will not be reconsidered except in cases of technical error.

Betting Limits

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or event.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue, bdtk will determine the outcome based on saved data. If no outcome can be determined, the bet will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will generally be considered void.
• Bdtk reserves the right to void any bets accepted with incorrect odds.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or hacking.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event using multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players.
• Abusive behavior toward bdtk staff.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Bdtk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Account closure is particularly likely in the following situations:

• If you violate our Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If you are found to be engaged in fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• By order of the regulatory authority.

Self-Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before the closure is processed.

8. Responsible Gaming
